Très bien situé. Lit confortable. Plutôt tranquille. Livret avec instructions et suggestions très appréciées.

Il devrait y avoir une patère et/ou des crochets pour accrocher le linge ainsi qu’un meuble pour ranger le linge.

"Localisation idéale au centre de Bologna, à pied de tout et confortable."

La localisation est vraiment très centrale tout en ayant une chambre qui n'est pas en front de rue, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Il y'a une petite cuisine et une machine à laver c'est très pratique. Je recommande la localisation optimale et le lit est confortable. L'immeuble offre un endroit idéal pour se reposer au coeur de la ville.

"A complete haven in the heart of Bologna"

Unbeatable location with Piazza Maggiore right from the front door. Casa Clio in Canton de Fiori is a very upgraded apt in a complex. Kitchen utilities, air-con, bathroom all new. The piazza is noisy with activities but the apt location at the back of the complex overlooks a quiet courtyard. Best is the ever helpful porter/concierge Giovanni who is the 'unofficial' repairman, supplier of necessities and replenishments for the rental agency. So efficient we never met the agent.

A bit stingy on the utensils. A proper wardrobe is also welcomed. Not just a hanging rack.

Bina girişi Bologna'nın en önemli turistik alanlarının yer aldığı Piazza Maggiora'ya bakıyor. Evin arka cepheye bakması ise meydanın ve caddenin gürültüsünden uzak sakin bir konaklama sağlıyor. Tesisin konumu Bologna'nın olabilecek en iyi yerinde. İstediğiniz zaman dinlenmek veya satın aldığınız eşyaları bırakmak için çok uygun. Binaya giriş çok kolaydı. Nico'nun giriş talimatlarını takip ederek kolayca anahtarlarımızı aldık ve giriş yaptık. Evin temizliği, genişliği, ferahlığı ve sağlanan olanaklar çok iyi. Bologna'da konaklamak için harika bir seçim. Ev sahibi Nico tüm sorularımıza anında yanıt verdi. Check-in saatinin 16.00 olmasına rağmen trenimizin erken saatte Bologna'da olması nedeniyle erken check-in yapmamıza izin verdiği için Nico'ya ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Bologna'da konaklamak için tesis arayanlara kesinlikle başka yer aramayın diyoruz.

A környék remek. A ház csendes. Közel van minden (üzlet, piac, Sala Borsa), Bologna látványosságai és a vonatállomás is.

Egy kicsit nehezen nyílik a bejárati ajtó. A kulcsot egy kicsit erőltetni kell. Szerencsére volt egy kedves portás, aki segített.
