Ease of checkin and apartment standard.

I’ve stayed around 6 times in a two month periods. They have been minor issues which appear to be poor housekeeping - Charles Hope are aware but apart from acknowledging they did not take further steps.

Size, facilities, location and parking

Checking in, dusty and some of kitchen cupboards had stains on

It was a beautiful apartment. We loved it. There was everything there you could need, including a dishwasher!

Nothing. The only let down was the ridiculous rigmarole trying to get hold of anyone on the phone to let us in initially!

The interior of the apartment was modern and generally decent. The bathrooms were clean and to a good standard. Parking was fine but Charles Hope took ages to get hold off the get into the building.

The system to get in was very poor and frustrating. Waited outside with young children trying to get hold of someone to let us in over 15 mins. The chairs in apartment by the kitchen table all broken with all screws and washers either missing or lose. Had to hand tie them myself to get all 4 safe for my children to sit on. No air con in apartment and railway line active post 10pm and pre 6.30am.

I wish if stuff members were around

J'ai aimé le confort, l'espace et l'équipement. Les appartements sont spacieux et agréables à vivre. Lorsque nous ne trouvions pas l'immeuble, tout le monde a essayé de nous aider avec beaucoup de patience.

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié la récupération des badges, le fait de chercher longtemps l'immeuble, de ne pas avoir de consigne claire et que personne ne réponde au téléphone. Je n'ai pas trop aimé non plus qu'on nous refuse un appartement pour 4 alors que ça avait été validé lors de ma réservation, et qu'on m'impose 2 appartements de 2 alors que nous voyagions en famille.

The apartment was clean and provided with all the amenities as described. The location was in a decent range, close to the beach and city center, though not walkable distance, but driveable distance.

It was a struggle to find the building as there are several blocks. Additionally, the parking rather than being outside the building, it was provided on the overflow area, so getting the baggaging to the apartment was a bit annoying.
