"Luxe en prima locatie"

De ligging is goed! Parkeren voor de deur gratis. Airco werkt goed en is stil. Weinig last van geluid ondanks centrale ligging.

Gebouw is oud en in verval. Lift oud, klein en versleten. Maar werkt wel prima.

Nu exista loc parcare gratuit asigurat de proprietar,domeniul public nu este al proprietarului,si nu gasesti nici in loc liber mai adaugati cate 15 euro zilnic ptr parcare

Everything was fine. Apartment well renovated and nice decor.

All ok. Parking was supposed to be available and free or discounted and I payed 20 euros at the only one open.
