Mundo Abu San Juan La laguna

Équipements anciens, pas comme sur les photos… salles de bain vétustes, pas toujours de l’eau chaude, un peu cher pour les prestations.

De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en bereid je met alles te helpen. Een rustige plek in San Juan met totale vrijheid over het meer. Voor 100Q kun je onbeperkt gebruik maken van een supboard, kayak of waterfiets. Ook kun je gebruik maken van de jetski. Het is 5 minuten lopen naar de bootjes. Ze bedankten mij persoonlijk voor het verblijf. Erg servicegericht. In één woord fantastisch!

Muy tranquilo, excelente ubicación al frente del lago. Puedes realizar actividades en el lago. Carlos y Gesman te atienden con gran calidez.

In short this was a serene place to stay. Just a few minutes from the boat ( without climbing the hill) you enter this quiet spot with a beautiful view of the water. With shared bathrooms, a kitchen, sauna, gym space and many viewing areas of the water. The owners are so helpful with any questions you have. I would stay again next time in San Juan. Highly recommend the glass cube to have incredible views of the sunrise straight from your bed.

The bed was so comfortable! And the view was great. It’s a bit off the beaten path, about 10 minute easy, flat walk to the main artist’s street. Carlos has a great selection of water toys to play with and an excellent stocked kitchen.

Everything was great

Love our stay at Mundo Abu. Carlos, the owner is easily the nicest host we have ever encountered in all our travels, super accommodating, really warm and interesting guy to talk to. We enjoyed the low key, unique lakefront surroundings, and common areas make it really easy to just hang-out, chill and chat with other fellow travelers. It's also conveniently located for the dock and restaurants and cafes, yet have an away-from-it-all feel.

The double bed was a little too small for us.

Wonderful hosts! Hot shower water (as long as only one person is showering), cool outdoor kitchen and gym, sunny morning location, nice and quiet yet very centrally in San Juan / near ferry. Great lake views from every room. We had one non-windy morning when we could see why everyone loves this spot - chilling on the dock in the sun and sup boarding on the lake and having a coffee in the outdoor kitchen was lovely - when the weather was good.

I think we were a bit unlucky weather-wise - it was super windy straight on and quite cold and we felt very trapped in the TINY glass cube above the kitchen (read: kitchen smells and noisy peoplenlate into the night). I think we would have liked this spot a lot more had we booked one of the big triangle/family rooms instead. Loved the water sports but a pity they arent included in the price.
