Mundo Abu San Juan La laguna

Amazing and quiet place not far from the city of San Juan. I especially enjoyed the sauna, you can rent it unlimited for 75Q. The personell was always kind and helpful. 10/10!!

Una vista maravillosa al lado del lago, la habitación confortante y la cama cómoda. Es un sitio eco amigable y tranquilo Hicimos paddle Board en pareja y fue una experiencia increíble en el lago que la repetiríamos sin duda. Carlos, Gerson y Abu excelentes anfitriones

La llegada fue fácil para encontrarla pero sería bueno mejorar el aspecto de la entrada sobre todo el puente de madera que se ve inestable

Beautiful quiet location in nature right next to the lake. The property has everything you could want from a kayaks to hammocks to lounge in. This is one of the best places I have stayed! So close to town but just enough off the beaten path you feel like you’re in your own world. Loved it!

When I arrived, Garson gave me a super warm welcome. The next day, I met the owner, who was also a wonderful person. It's a calm and beautiful place, perfect for recharging your batteries, peaceful and far from the noise and party. Come meet little Abu; he'll bring joy to your heart!

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Mundo Abu und es war von Anfang bis Ende sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren groß und Komfortabel und es war alles sehr sauber. Highlight war aber neben dem Außenbereich (Outdoorküche, Seezugang und viele coole Plätze zum Chillen) aber die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber Carlos, Gerson und des kleinen Abu. Man hat sich immer sehr sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Zudem helfen sie rund um die Uhr bei allerlei Fragen zu Transport und Touren. Man muss zwar ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum laufen, dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig. Auch sehr cool die selbsgebaute Sauna, die man für einen kleinen Betrag den gesamten Aufenthalt nutzen kann. Zudem kann man selbst waschen oder waschen lassen und sich Kajaks und andere Boote ausleihen Vielen Dank und gerne wieder

A lovely tranquil oasis in San Juan. Amazing location on the shore of the lake, a 5 min walk from the port and into town. Carlos, Gerson (and Abu) were perfect hosts, incredibly welcoming and really made us feel at home.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Beautiful homemade eco lodge run by a really awesome guy that we really enjoyed talking to each day. Also super comfy beds. We loved the lake activities and the sauna. So much fun here we highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Mundo Abu. The location is absolutely beautiful, right on Lake Atitlán, with stunning views and such a peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature, yet still close enough to town to walk everywhere easily. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the common areas were great for relaxing and taking in the scenery. We especially loved the direct lake access. Waking up to the sunrise views and spending time by the water was unforgettable. Gerson and Carlos were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Always making sure we were comfortable and offering great local recommendations. You can really feel the care and heart put into this place. Overall, it was an amazing stay and one of our favorite experiences in San Juan La Laguna. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Atitlán.
