Food- Breakfast & Dinner

Room Service- Very poor. Even when I walked uptown the Reception to request for something, say ICE CUBES or anything, they always forgot/ missed to deliver. Happen more than once. So it's not one off misses.

We had a lovely stay for our anniversary at the Great Fosters. Especially our meal at The Tudor Pass exceeded our expectations.

The only issue we encountered was that after reading clearly online that the pool is closed for winter and won't reopen until May 26 (https://alexanderhotels.co.uk/great-fosters/leisure/treatments-at-great-fosters/) we were told by the reception that the pool is still open to use. But we had of course not packed any swimwear based on the information online.
