ZAPerfect location. So close to ferries, shops ,trainstation and restaurants. Matteo was always available and helpfull. Bike hire few metres from apartment.

GBThe apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is in a fantastic location only a few minutes walk to the lake front. There is a private parking space for the apartment which was very useful, and our host was communicative and helpful.

HUThe apartment is great, fully equipped, and comfortable. The location also great, the center and the lake is 5 min walk. The self check in insturctions are clear and easy. We arrived by car and a privat parking area is belongs to the apartment. Totally recommend!

NLEverything we needed was there. The location is very close to the railwaystation with a very good connection to Milan. After a good day walking, the bath was perfect.

THFor our trip we went to different cities, the properties I finally selected, are the ones that responded fast to my enquiries. Matteo contacted me on email and whatsapp prior to the trip and had detailed videos on how to use code to get in the front gate, the actual apartment, as well as, where to park. He also had another co-host called Marco whom I was given their info to reach if I needed help. And it was a great surprise, that Matteo actually was waiting to meet us although this was not part of the package we booked. He also had a surprise gift and note on the table when we arrived. He had all the things we needed from washing powder, spare toilet rolls. The home is very well equipped. And I read in reviews that the bed was hard, but we had no problems at all, and am wondering if he changed / improved the mattress. We slept very very well. The apartment is in the best location of COMO. Only 5 - 10 minutes walk to the lake, several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and key monuments are 3 - 5 minutes away. Shopping Street is very close by too. A very beautiful area. Matteo also when I wasn't sure what to do in terms of places I wanted to visit, he was very great with advice.
Out of all the properties in Como this is the one with the rare gated private parking, this was great, but it is a little hard to park, but it is no big deal once you get the hang of it.
SIBeds are very comfortable, place is big. Very clean, parking is top, in front of apartment.
No Netflix, no paper towels, no dish soap.
