ROOne of the best places in Como to visit the city . Close to all points of interest. Parking secure inside the garden even for big vans. Comfortable beds and two big bathrooms . Best for families of four persons .
Due to the Italian law the temperature provided by the centralized heating system is no more of 22 degrees so it takes a little bit time to warm up . In the bedrooms was about 20-21 degrees. For some of the Europeans is not enough to feel good. Lack of dryers for towels in the bathrooms.

AECHThe property was very central, a walking distance to the major attractions and the lake. It was spacious, and clean. I liked the high ceiling and windows which made the living areas bright with plenty of natural day light. I found separate bathrooms and the partitioning door very convenient.
Lack of some essential furniture like a drawer in the second room, and bins and hooks in the bathrooms.
