Almost inside room n living hall clean

The view is spectacular, and getting to see the fireworks from the living room. Location convenient and easy to access. 7 Eleven, Japanese Shabu Shabu and Chinese restaurant just downstairs around hotel.
However, the room is quite old and lacks proper maintenance. We experienced a significant water leak in the bathroom and were instructed to turn off the main switch every time we weren't using it, which was a huge inconvenience and safety concern. Additionally, the washing machine was very old and the cover was broken off. Living room sofa not comfy to sit on. It’s a shame because the location is so good, but the suite desperately needs a renovation and better upkeep to justify the stay.
