Railay Princess Resort & Spa offers a transfer service from Krabi International Airport at an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The resort can only be accessed by a long-tail boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. The resort is located next to the Railay Pier. Please note that the name of the guest on the booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests fail to present their credit card upon check-in. Room rates on 31 December include a compulsory New Year’s Eve gala dinner. Extra people will be additionally charged by the hotel. Guests are required to show a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. Please inform Railay Princess Resort & Spa of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The place is outdated, as if I’m visiting a motel or hotel from 2000. Honestly, I’m happy I only booked for 1 night….

The fact that after 1 night I moved to another place says it all

The only thing I liked about this place was the location, the view from the rooftop pool was alright and the friendly housekeeping staff.

Beds and pillows were way too hard.. maybe sleeping out on the sand would be softer. There was no water available for purchase in the reception or pool bar which was ridiculous, I was thirsty and they didn’t have any, id have to either request water and go to my room and wait to get with housekeeping staff or go to minimart and buy my own bottle. I found reception staff a bit careless and impatient when I arrive, thanks to the doorman such an amazing and helpful person. You have to give a key deposit or a card number in case of key loss which was not informed before but that’s okay. Bathroom smells bad, the water doesn’t go down in the drain unless you push it. There was so much noise from whatever they’re doing during the day. I had booked two nights but choose to leave rather than stay one more night in this place. That’s when they had upgraded me to a different category… too bad, should’ve done earlier. Overall.. I do not recommend and wouldn’t go back

Le personnel était accommodant et attentionné. L’endroit est bien situé.

Nous avons logé pendant les travaux de rénovation, c’était donc bruyant. Les macaques sur le bord de la piscine ne sont pas agréables.
