Rooms very clean, lovely welcome from Mirko, perfect location for exploring Lucca & only 10 min walk to Lucca train station.

Location great. Host very helpfull. Great size room.

No proper coffee/tea facilities inside room.

My room was very clean and comfortable, Miako was welcoming and the location was excellent for exploring the city from a peaceful base.

I love reading and the lights were not really bright enough for this.

The host Mirko was great, helpful and very kind. Room was clean, bathroom also clean and functional.

Maybe towels, we have had same towels for a couple of days.

The location was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful with information about the town and the Camino I was on.

In an ideal location with in the city walls and close to all amenities and historical sites, bars and restaurants all close by.

Nothing reallyn to dislike.

Amazing location and nice host!

The interior felt more outdated than it seemed in the pictures. Our room was right next to the reception and did not feel very private.

It was a lovely room, and bathroom, great value in and incredible location (also about 8 mins walk from a 10euro per 24hs car park and 15min away from a free one). Host was accesible and available to answer any questions. It was great.

This is pushing it, as for the amount I payed it was excellent. But if it was mine, I would make the reception and corridor lighter, paint it off white/cream, change the lighting to a brighter one, and would absolutely would change the fragrance used. Also the padding on the doors, which I understand they are to reduce noice, but could be done in a prettier way. Coming from Argentina as is, it has a bit of a Telo feel. It all feels a bit cheap. But then, the lovely surprise opening my room door and a beatufilly decorated, big en suite bedroom awatited. With little money the reception and corridor could match the rooms. I loved the drinking fountain. There is an amazing fragrance shop in Lucca that is not cheap but affordable for a business - one of those smells will instantly elevate the place. It was actually great.
