Elsinore Hot Springs & Lodge

Upon first arriving i was surprised on how well kept the property was. The front desk was really friendly and professional. Check in & check out was super easy. Only complaint is I had a loud neighbors and I notified staff to which they then promptly took my complaint serious and was able to resolve the issue without any further noises coming from the room again very professional. My stay here was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back.dont forget to check out the sauna and pool the kids loved it!

The hot tubs, yes two of them, and pool was amazing. The mattress left something to be desired, it needed to be replaced. The staff was very helpful.

Property needs to be updated

The front desk mentioned we will have noisy neighbors , a couple, whom have been having a few issues. Once in the room, within 3 minutes we heard the arguments, tossing of items, slamming of doors, and at time physical aggression. We're were absolutely NOT comfortable, so we decided to check out within a few hours. It's terrible that in situations like this we can't reimburse our payment. One does know how bad the place is until you actually get there, from my restroom window I notice a person looking inside my vehicle. It all felt uncomfortable, unsafe. I would never think of returning to this facility or much less recommending it.

It felt unsafe, it was noisy, dirty, falling apart and dated.

Room AC did not work first night of the stay

These city didn’t have much hotels. It was first time visiting Lake Elsinore. So I got this motel just because it was better review than others. But it was not a resort at all. The pictures are not same as real room! I didn’t request for money back. But we got bitten by ticks right away when we get into the room. The room was super humid and hot. The Airconditioner was soooo dirty with dust sitted there for years. The matress was sinking so badly right after you sit. The moldings were broken and empty that area space. So I guess any bugs can access through there. As soon as we get in the room, maybe in 3mins later, I realize that I can’t handle this. So I went to office to check out. Front desk guy said I should contact to Expedia to request for refund. I told him I won’t request for refund. I didn’t wanna deal with spending hours only for $90 and excuse. Better go to other city near there. 20-30miles away hotels won’t harm you that much. And the hot spring was not even working right according from staff.
