The staff was rude, the air conditioner did not work and they went ahead and put us in the room anyway and then after we had unloaded everything, give us the option to move to another room, which would not be much better. We were charged extra for use of the pool and the hot spring because our room didn’t qualify, we’re not sure what that means. We asked for a single level due to a handicap and they gave us a room with stairs even though there were others available when I asked for one without stairs they said they didn’t have any available though the room across from us was vacant And they told us it was per room even though we were staying multiple nights. They did not have washcloths or hand towels. They didn’t carry them when we went ahead and paid for the pool. They handed us towels. This wasn’t more than five minutes later, they charged a $50 deposit that takes two weeks to get back , even though the room had no amenities, the refrigerator didn’t work. The microwave only heated for one minute and then you would have to reset it for another minute. They had no ice machine and their vending machines were broken.

The air conditioning unit was very noisy

At check in, a coiple were arguing- fighting in front office, took it near our room then. Not enough towels in room, no hand towel, no wash cloths. Bed was so uncomfortable! Air conditioning unit was so loud! Loved the hot tubs! And swimming pool!

No internet

We went for a night but felt extremely uncomfortable with the people around. Looks like there people that live there. Many gave us bad looks and they appeared to be under the influence of dr*gs/alcohol. Parking lot was just a dirt lot and the pictures of the rooms look better online. We didnt even spend the night, we checked out 5 hours later. I will never return there. I rather spend more money at a place where I feel safe.

The area was nice and quiet for a small getaway. Prices are hard to beat for such a clean room, me and the wife loved our stay which I’m glad because I was a little hesitant due to low amount of reviews

The kindnesses of Frank at the property was ABOVE and beyond. Soooo helpful. He showed us the property, the trees w fruits 😋, helped us w any questions we had. Got us extra towels we needed. Spruced up a few things in room we needed. Absolutely made our trip awesomeness! Love the pool and the hot tubs. Everyone is very kind and helpful ..nice ant check in, check out and Frank helped us in-between. We will be back just due to the amazing staff...tnk u tnk u
