That it was close to the freeway. More towels and phone.

To start this property in not what it depicts in the pictures! As soon as we entered the room noticed the cleaning crew had left a soiled cleaning towel by the microwave after stowing our bags went in to use the bathroom and noticed there was only two large towels, no hand towels or washcloths. There was a window in the bathroom which had no screen so we closed it. After setting our bags in the table and the one chair in the room we settled in and got ready to turn in! Went to shower and sure enough checked the shower head and sure enough it was loose enough to stay on but would of fallen on my head as soon as the water would be turned on! So I tightened it and turn the water on and the knob came out ( no screw) shoved it back in and went on with the shower! Later on the people in the next room were being loud and apparently damaged the room during the night, Needless to say it was not a restful night. Next morning noticed cleaning and maintenance crew in the room mentioned before asked and was told they were making repairs and cleaning. Returned later on that afternoon they were still working on the room. Went un my room had to request two more towels so we could shower & get ready for our evening. This night again was met with unexpected nocks at the door! First time the person knocked and away entering a different a different room. 2nd one was maintenance who opened the door and walked in! Confronted him about it! deadbolt did not work! Wont be beck to this place!

I had a pleasant stay at Elsinore Hot Springs & Lodge. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was serene, perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, providing a great base for relaxation. However, there are areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of the hot tub was a bit disappointing as it didn't seem to be up to the standard one would expect for such a reputed place. Additionally, the facility itself could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it’s a solid choice with a little room for refinement. Four stars!

Great experience

This was by far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life . One of the STAFF members at the hotel used profanity on a note and left it on my door . The note said “ Pick up your dog s***.” I had the manager confirm after watching the cameras my dog NEVER pooped on their property . I was being harassed the staff member told me he talks to everyone like that . After that when I was checking out the they refused to give me my deposit back and said we stole bath mats . I told them we never stole any mats and the manager reviewed the camera and seen 2 house keeps go in the room after we were in there and take the bath mats out . They lied and said we stole the mats so we wouldn’t get the deposit back . After the manager reviewed the footage he apologized for his staff behavior and refunded back the deposit . I called Expedia and was also refunded for the stay. I DO NOT ADVISE STAYING THERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! The room also had roaches . Just a horrible experience over all .
