Clear instructions sent prior to arrival, with all messages delivered in a professional manner. The flat was spotless with generously sized rooms. Teas and coffees on offer were a nice bonus. Brilliant location for visiting the city or working. Less than a minute onto the buses, and the tram just round the corner. A supermarket just across the road and some great bars in the area or hope in a taxi for 10 mins and be down in Leith or over on George Street.

Very affordable and had everything we needed. Also very close to everything in Edinburgh. Its not noisy of a morning either so its pretty nice waking up.

uncomplicated baggage drop hours before the checkin, spacious living quarters and bus stop/ supermarkets only short minutes away - very good base for a holiday with six friends!

Warunki w apartamencie były zgodne z opisem. Apartament przestronny, komfortowy, stylowo urządzony, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne elementy (sprzęt AGD, środki czystości, wyposażenie kuchenne, przyprawy itp.). Bardzo czysto. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, pościel przytulna. Wi-fi działało szybko i bez zakłóceń; telewizor z netflixem również. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra: okolica cicha i spokojna, po drugiej stronie ulicy centrum handlowe, do ścisłego centrum miasta 20 minut na piechotę lub 20 minut autobusem. Proces odbioru i zdania kluczy optymalny, wskazówki od właściciela jasne. Depozyt na pokrycie ewentualnych szkód nie był wymagany.

Problemem było centralne ogrzewanie. Na początku w ogóle nie działało, ale po wskazówkach od właściciela piec został zresetowany i zaczął grzać. Niestety w kolejnych dniach co kilka godzin się wyłączał i w mieszkaniu robiło się zimno. Elektryczne grzejniki nie rekompensowały braku centralnego ogrzewania.
