The size and space and it was well equipped

It was cold and we had to contact the host to boast the heating. Understand as it is an old Georgian flat. The WiFi also wasn’t great in any room other than the main living area

Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels provided were very fresh.

Central heating didn't work electric heaters only Dishwasher didn't work Oven didn't work TV didn't work

Great location and friendly and helpful host.

Perhaps a tea pot and some scissors!

Very spacious. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom.

The bottom line is description says 'luxury', and although it was good, it's not luxurious, hence the mild disappointment. Mattresses bouncy. No dishwasher tablets & toaster broken: no response when messaged. Towels fairly basic. No bedroom furniture for clothing.

Uma das casas de banho é exígua, na outra o acesso à banheira é muito alto, para pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade é de difícil acesso. Não encontrámos caixa de primeiros socorros. Tinha máquina de café mas é como se não tivesse porque não encontrámos cápsulas/pastilhas...compatíveis com a mesma. Não conseguimos usar o forno
