La amplitud de los espacios. Esta en una zona un poco alejada pero en 15 minutos caminando se llega a Royal Mile. La decoración y el mobiliario, colchones, toallas, menaje, etc son nuevos y hay de todo. Salvo secador de pelo. Estaba limpio. Tiene calefacción central y entrada habitación había radiadores adicionales.

Aunque hay dos baños, uno es un aseo y no tiene ducha. Hay dos camas dobles en una misma habitación. No hay secador. Salir de la bañera puede ser dificultoso para una persona con limitaciones de movilidad. Hay que tener en cuenta que para acceder al apartamento hay escaleras.

L’espace dans les chambres et le séjour

Il n’y avait pas de chauffage le premier jours et des radiateurs d’appoint incapables de chauffer correctement. L’apartement . L’hôte n’a pas répondu à mes messages sur le sujet . Le chauffage c’est mis en route le lendemain matin , mais coupé entre 11h et 18h puis entre 23h et 6h : une vraie glacière à cette période l’année ! À éviter si vous n’êtes pas esquimaux ! La cage d’escalier est dans un état de délabrement avancé !

I felt that it should have 2 showers for the size of it and maybe offer a parking permit space

I had a really pleasant stay at this Georgian Luxury Apartment. The location is excellent—less than 10 minutes’ drive to St James Square—making it very convenient for getting around. The flat itself was immaculate, and the comfort level was outstanding thanks to the high‑quality mattresses, pillows, and linen. Communication with the host was spotless throughout, and an extra bonus is the free parking available on weekends. Overall, a great stay and a very comfortable place to base yourself.

The only area for improvement is the entrance from the main door downstairs up to the flat. It could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, better lights and some general improvements, as the first impression doesn’t quite match the high standard of the apartment itself.
