Costa Bonita Condominiums & Beach Resort - Primer planta

Room needs updating, not well equipped but functions as a hotel room plus.

La habitación está vieja , el baño en malas condiciones , la TV vieja , el gerente es muy despota , malo en general , lo salva la comida del Restaurant la Palapa y el servicio , la alberca está fría , etc , no lo recomendaría por nada del mundo.

Condominio sin servicio de hotel bueno para vacacionar en familia pero malo para ir en plan de negocios ya que no cuenta con ningun servicio

It's a home away from home! Loved the onsite beach restaurant - all the hardworking staff - the beautiful grounds - right on the beach - daily water aerobics - lots of loungers on the beach and by both the heated and unheated pools AND the people we spent the winter months with. Lots of repeat clients so you have to reserve while you are there for the next winter!

Had a great time. We rented a condo for the week of Christmas . It is not your 5 star resort but is was very comfortable . Everyone was very nice and helpful. Pool was nice a cool pool and a warm pool. The best was the view from our condo and hanging out at the beach.

De inicio no es un hotel, es un condominio en renta, como es de americanos retirados tiene sus reglas estrictas porque son condominios, no puedes fumar en los espacios abiertos, es un área de puros retirados o sea personas mayores, las instalaciones son viejas, lo único rescatable es el restaurant que está muy bueno y que es sumamente tranquilo, para ir a relajarse totalmente

We regularly rent a private condo at this resort. It is always a wonderful time. You don't have the "busy-ness" of an all inclusive resort as most of the people are owners or renters who are actually living there. Great place! Just love it!

We stayed in a privately owned condo unit and it was amazing. Fully stocked, clean , a true home away from home! Personal touches in the condo made this. The grounds are immaculate, staff are the friendliest and so helpful. Great food and excellent prices at the their little beach side restaurant. The beach is huge, not crowded, lots of chairs and space. Thanks to Maureen for leading water aerobics! Massage and facial the best ever, walking to the Bruha for happy hour, coconut shrimp, Roy's on Sunday for ribs ( huge, and so cheap). We took the buses every where. Always felt safe, very friendly part of Mazatlan.

Quiet and Beach cafe is GREAT and so are all of the staff. Bus to downtown and golden zone right at front door and fare is only 8 pesos (about 50 cents). We take bus to grocery shopping and then taxi back (about 40 pesos).Other restaurants just up the beach. This is one GREAT beach that runs for miles. Not crowded even with the Riu Hotel just up the beach (not very nice people there--but they tend to stay at their end of the beach. We spend a month there every year

A PESAR DE CONTAR CON MUY AGRADABLES Y COMODAS INSTALACIONES, EL SERVICIO DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR YA QUE NO CUENTA CON SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA A LAS HABITACIONES, DICIENDO EL ENCARGADO QUE NO SON HOTEL, LO CUAL SORPRENDE PUESTO QUE SE ANUNCIAN EN UN SITIO DE HOTELES. ADEMAS DE QUE SE PROMOCIONAN CON COCINETA EQUIPADA EL CUAL CONSITE SOLO EN UN SARTEN Y UNA CUCHARA. LA TELEVISION NO FUNCIONO,Y NO SOLUCIONARON EL PROBLEMA, EL REFRIGERADOR ESTABA DESCOMPUESTO Y TARDARON HASTA EL DIA SIGUIENTE PARA ATENDER ESE DETALLE. EN FIN, NO FUE LO QUE ESPERABAMOS EN CUANTO AL SERVICIO, YA QUE ES MUY INCOMODO NO CONTAR CON SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA, PUESTO QUE ME ES DIFICIL PENSAR QUE LASPERSONAS INCLUYAN EN SU EQUIPAJE ESCOBA Y TRAPEADOR. YO NO LO RECOMENDARIA.
