Smart & Comfortable 3-bedroom Victorian house

A beautifully furnished & comfortable terrace in a quiet location. The high street is an easy short walk as is the Tesco Superstore. Gary was an excellent host & communicator. We always ask ourselves "Would we return?" & it's a definite "Yes!".

The house was very clean, comfortable with stylish decor. The kitchen was well equipped and having two bathrooms was very convenient. Short walk to the high street with shops and plenty of places to eat. Great location for us as we visited East Ruston Vicarage garden and hired a day boat from Wayford Marina, both only a 5 min drive away.

The house was in an ideal location to explore the surrounding area, and was well equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The house was immaculate and the communication between the owner was first class and informative. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Beautiful house. Decorated & furnished to a high standard and immaculately clean & well maintained. A real home from home. Landlord was great with their communications & we had no trouble locating & accessing the property. The house had everything we needed. The garden was secure & perfect for the dogs. The house location was perfect. In a quiet street but a very short walk to the High Street and everything we needed was practically on the doorstep. Everyone we met was so friendly and in just 3 days we felt like locals. Will definitely be returning. Haven't got enough room to say all the great things about this house & location. Oh forgot to mention the welcome basket of bread, cookies, teabags & milk. All of these things were little lifesavers over the weekend. Just a fantastic all-round property & weekend.

Very clean, very comfortable, good location. Information was detailed. We needed 2 double rooms & both were bright. We relly enjoyed our stay. Nice touch providing bread, milk butter, couple of coffee pods, dishwasher tablets etc. Excellent internet. The recommendations of the Swan Inn & Charlottes Cafe were spot on.

Really difficult to find anything. The very cheap toilet paper was not of the standard of the rest of the house.
