Every facility is there in this very clean and comfortable house. from logs for the fire, to bread, milk, tea and biscuits. Private parking too.

"A real home away from home."

Property in a pretty street of a lovely village. Spotless, well decorated house with every amenity we needed. Our 3 year old grandsons loved the big playhouse out the back and the dogs enjoyed coming and going in the large secure yard. Beds were very comfortable too, we could easily have stayed much longer. Very friendly communications with our host via email; even the neighbours were lovely. Five stars all round.

"Beautiful 3 Bed House In A Beautiful Location"

Japonica House was beautifully presented with a modern style, clean and tidy throughout and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The 3 bedroom layout was perfect for us as our 5 year old daughter had the twin room and our 23 year old son had the other double room which was lovely. The age gap means that sometimes it is quite difficult for us to book somewhere for us all at a reasonable price so this was perfect. Gary was very polite and kept in touch beforehand to make sure we were able to locate the property and get inside and checked we were okay once there. We had complementary biscuits, bread, milk, tea and coffee waiting for us on arrival which was very well received. The spacious living area was amazing with a beautiful dining table and comfortable sofas. My only regret is we weren't staying longer. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely book to stay again if we are ever up that way in the future 😀

"First class."

Very well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean and attention to detail superb. The property has it own parking space, a secure back garden, and the log burner in the evenings was a really great feature. Location for The Broads and North Norfolk coast is perfect, and the little town of Stalham has everything you need for provisions. Gary the host is very responsive and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.
