Fantástico loft Ciudad artes y ciencias APT 1

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Host helped us with everything. Had a very nice time in Valencia. Apartment was clean.

Хорошее расположение, близко остановка и магазин. 5 минут до парка Гуливера, Города Искусств и Наук - потрясающее место, обязательно для посещения! До центра города 30 минут пешком, до моря если пешком то час, на 18 автобусе за 20 минут доезжали. Пляж огромный, песчаный с мелким заходом в море - красота! Апартаменты как на фото, чисто, уютно, есть посуда и сушка для белья, кондиционер, 2 кровати и диван. Мы были с 2 детьми - отлично поместились.

Сложно было найти ключи: Небыло номера бронирования на дверях, а ключи в маленькой коробочке на стене справа от двери (10*10см) и чтобы открыть нужно ввести код и одновременно нажать на рычажок и тянуть крышку. Мы с мужем долге не могли открыть, хорошо что наш сын 10 лет разобрался как "взломать" этот сейф! ))

El apartamento estaba sin limpiar cuando llegamos , pero en su favor tengo que decir que nos resolvieron el percance rápidamente y nos compensaron, volveremos seguro porque nos encantó el apartamento

Very clean and comfortable with good equipment and modern design.

The upstairs bedroom is too low, you hit your head on the stairs.

The location was great. The linens were clean. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner worked. It was nice having a smart tv. The bathroom was nice.

It was not communicated that there would only be provisions for 1 day. So we only had one roll of toilet paper and a few sheets of paper towels for 3 nights and had to go get toilet paper. The kitchen was also missing a complete set of dishes and silverware, and there was no wine opener. Also only had body soap, no shampoo or conditioner, which is usually supplied anywhere I've stayed. There was no info on how to use the wifi and the address did not say what apartment number we were in. The beds were fine, but the couch was well worn. Lastly, there was a family of cockroaches that made for more excitement then I needed.

I like all facilities and bed upstairs was soft enough.

There was not enough daylight inside. The water from the shower after use was dripping onto the floor.. I nedeed to clean it up every time! And bed downstaires was very hard.

Well equipped, modern, great location, close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Bus station nearby, 1min walk. Very nice apartment, nice bathroom. Great kitchen

The smell in the apartment. Guests before us probably were smoking in the apartment. In the winter you have to heat with air condition; in the lower part cold and in the upper part, under the ceiling, warm (2nd bedroom). Not perfectly clean. Entrance directly at the sidewalk, but this didn't bother us.
