Fantástico loft Ciudad artes y ciencias APT 1

We found the location to be perfect. Easy walking distance to the Cuidad Artes and the park, as well as having a bust stop close by.

Diety. Smell bad. On the street. Like to speep in a garage. Terible.

Nice apartment with new formiture, beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Communication to hosts was ok!

Our apartment had no space outside (balcony, small patio) since the door (a gate) opened directly on the street, so we had no place for beach wear or towels to dry. There was no windows in the bathroom, the sink had a small leakage and the shower glass just closed it for its half, so we had often water on the floor. Walls very thin, first night it was impossible to sleep due to some very noisy neighbors until 3 am in the night...

No clean, no functioning heating, not similar to what you see in the photos. Staff were not responsive. Floor was bare cement with cracks. Bathroom was in absolute disaster…
