Location and design

cleanliness was horrible. The sheets were not changed, floor was full of sand and the trash from previous guests was not trown out. I think that is minimum to ask for.

"A nice apartment if you plan a short visit to Valencia."

The apartment was clean and cosy. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was nice and very quiet. The City of Arts and Sciences is at walking distance. The owner was responsive.

During the first night there was continuous noise which sounded like non properly working machine coming from one of the neighbouring apartments. We contacted the owner of the apartment and he told us that he is going to contact the building manager. On the next day the sound was gone.
