Broken floor on the way in, tripped up. Lounge door handle broken, hole in door. Airfryer was dirty and unusable. No cooking pots or trays. Microwave dirty. Dirty sponges left for dishes. Window by kitchen filled in with tissues to stop draught. Lounge window and bedroom window didn't shut. Dirty laundry left in hallway with mop bucket. Wardrobes full of stuff at bottom. One room was smelt of urine. Bathroom was unhygienic. Bed broken. No second toilet as advertised. Bed bas broken. No information regarding which lift you needed to use. No information for WiFi etc... washing machine was mouldy and no towels in facility. All in all the apartment is in a very very poor state.

The windows were dirty and one needs major attention, the trip hazard of the floor and the smell in the bathroom and the fact that water doesnt flow down the plughole. Not great to see piles of laundry, the cover and pillow on the bed in the main bedroom was stained. The communication with the host was not good.
