The flat was dirty cooker filthy .only 3 towels left out for 5 people. No wi fi.

So much unfinished or broken. The windows blew open. The boiler had no pressure. The lift didn’t reach to apartment floor and the communal areas were dirty. The apartment was dirty, mirrors, cutlery, hob, oven, microwave,extractor, washing machine, fridge, windows. There was a broken drawer in one bed base & the other bedroom had a damaged shelf or something on one wall. This apartment isn’t ready to be let. It’s unfinished and unclean. There was even pigeon poo on the window sill!

AUThe location was great as was the view.
We didn't get the key until after 1.30pm as the cleaner hadn't finished. There was no bedding out for the two sofa beds in the living room. I did message and ask but did find them in the meantime. The one quilt was very worn and not in a good condition. The Sofa beds were very uncomfortable to both sit on as a sofa and lie on to sleep. The hallway flooring needs some work as we all stubbed a toe multiple times. Also, no hot water, we left the property as soon as we checked in and didn't return until late so didn't advise host until following morning, as not much could be done late at night. The apartment could do with a bit of a refurb in parts.

Terrible communication. Host gave us wrong address and corrected the address after check in time. When I arrived at the wrong address with my family he told me he sent the correct address in bookings. Instead of apologise he behaved unkind.
