the apartment is a little grubby, the furnishings are old and shabby and the bathroom has a lot of mould. The bed in the smaller bedroom is very uncomfortable as is the sofa bed

It was very basic, well worn and a little dirty. Both sinks were blocked and had offensive odour. No bed sheets for one of the beds. Lack of response to messages. Check in time stated 1 pm. They replied to a week old arrival time confirmation which they requested at 1.20pm on the actual arrival day saying it wasn’t cleaned and we couldn’t go in til 3pm. We had already arrived in Liverpool.
GBWe liked the location and the view. The flat was also very quiet, we didn't hear any neighbours. We liked the private car park - though the gates never shut so it wasn't that secure.
The property had not been cleaned properly. There was no toilet paper, and when I contacted the owner about it, I never got a response.

GBBooked in January 2025 the instructions were just lace street no name or number of apartment!! 4 emails 2 phone calls requesting location of apartment + location of free car parking!!!!! No response!!! At 1 days notice I had to book somewhere else!!! A real con!! Very cross !! Have lost money!! And have been scammed!!
Will never know!!
