The Annex - Penzance town centre with parking

It was near Penzance city centre. There was parking in the compound.

The bathroom door did not have a latch or a handle. The first person we spoke to did not address this issue at all, and it was the land lady who came the next day to fix a temporary latch. They said this was the case as it was disabled friendly. However, there was no other disabled friendly facilities like ramp or railing or emergency bell. The place was not very clean and under the bed and sofa were not even vacuumed properly. We were even asked to take the bin bags outside to put in the right bin. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I appreciated the prompt action when I notified Stacey of the dripping tap and the television going wrong.

There was nothing I disliked.

Location was great, good to have free parking being in the centre of Penzance. Facilities were good.

Bed was very small and quite hard a little uncomfortable. Could do with a shelf in the shower to put toiletries on.

Great location, close to the shops and a short walk to the station. Comfortable, private space adjacent to a main house where the host and family live and are happy to help out. Great communication from the host. Our small family of 3 had a very nice stay here.

Location is perfect. It's near to center, train station and bus stand. Lots of restaurant is near by. Perfect space for family.

The host made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our stay ver much. Perfectly clean, Ideal location.
