Cozy 2 Bedroom Apartment close to Town Centre

Convenient for train station to London.

The property is sold as being cosy this is false advertising, the apartment is basic and unclean my daughters feet were filthy under an hour of being in here, no lamp shades on ceiling lights and one bedroom had wires exposed on ceiling light. There were no clean sponges to wash up or a tea towel to dry up with, coffee marks on wall in kitchen and out of date milk in fridge, plus opened packets of food in cupboards. The bathroom grouting was yellow and mould evident, the green mat on floor was filthy, the bath leaked and when a towel was dropped on the floor it was black when picked up from the filthy floor.The sofa in the lounge was uncomfortable. In the bedroom we found an open half eaten packet of crisps In the cupboard, the curtains were flimsy, and a broken coffee table in the lounge. The area is rough, but one thing that I would say it was quiet. I would never return to this apartment it needs some TLC , it makes me question booking.coms overall choices of who they allow to advertise with them. Basic, unclean and not at all cosy.

Location was great. Beds comfy. Comfy couches.

An instant "strange" smell hits you when you walk in. The WIFI didnt work at all. And there was off opened milk left in the fridge (and pickled onions). This was supposedly an "upgrade" too so I dread to think what the original one was

Close to town centre. Everything was clean. 2 good size bedrooms and bathroom. Staff I spoke to on the phone and when messaging were very polite and friendly and helpful. I felt the apartment was good for what we paid. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Only one bedside table for the double bed, a second would have been convenient. The bathroom felt a little tired A tea towel in the kitchen would have been helpful. The above comments are constructive criticism, not a big problem.

Good space and facilities for a family of 4

The mattress on the main bed was lumpy and not comfortable to sleep in.
