Cozy 2 Bedroom Apartment close to Town Centre

The property was well maintained and clean.

We had to spend over 30 minutes waiting outside to get a key to enter the premises . We had a baby with us and the host directed us on where the key was supposed to be kept but apparently, there was none there. The wait was really stressful after a long 7 hours train ride. The boiler was also really noisy and I had to send reminders to get my deposit back despite being told it would be sent immediately after checkout.

Good location, great facilities, easy to get in and out of the property

The beds were comfy and slept 4 people perfectly!

the shower made a really loud noise when on, so was loud when waking up in the morning. Taking a large deposit via bank transfer, luckily they let me pay with credit card.

Really nice place plenty of parking on site and nearby just a 10 minute walk into center

Lack of facilities, no tumble dryer, not very clean, two bath towels for three guests,, booking.com not available for 45 minutes when locked out, resending information to booking.com on several occasions, lack of parking facilities, very noisy plumbing, open packets of food in cupboards, food scraps in bin, used toiletries in bathroom, floor joiner lifting - major trip hazard, broken toilet seat, very high bath/ shower, peeling paint, marks on numerous walls - having to organise a Bank transfer for DAMAGE Deposit less than 24hr from occupation
