Cozy 2 Bedroom Apartment close to Town Centre

Damage deposit complicated to make payment, cleanliness not great, only the be set towels for two people. Host did not reply to mail requests.

Good location and responsive hosts.

Mould around the windows.

Location was excellent, beds in bedrooms were comfortable.

When we got there, the cutlery wasn’t cleaned and just put back in the cupboards. Overall apartment hadn’t been cleaned very well. Once I mentioned to the hosts they had it re cleaned next day. Wasn’t enough bath towels for everyone,had to manage with hand towels Every time you put the shower on they was a deafening noise coming from some kind of pump. The television doesn’t have your normal TV channels , unless you know all your passwords to your Netflix and Amazon you won’t be able to watch TV.

Great location, Peaceful building, Easy self entry

The apartment was not clean. There was french fries under the sofa, I had to re wash all dishes before using as they were dirty (plates, glass, cutleries). There was still half opened carton of milk in the fridge and old food. There is a leak on the bathroom sink that is not fixed and the floor was always wet. It was mentioned as well that bathroom products would be provided, which was 10 ml at the bottom of an old body wash bottle. The worst was the mattress on the double bed. People rent accommodation to have somewhere to rest and sleep. The mattress has kept the shape of the heavy person that slept in it for at least several years. When you lay down, you sink into that hole and is impossible to lay flat and comfortably. It is noticeable without even having to sit on the mattress , so they clearly knew about it but decided to go cheap and not replace the mattress. Luckily I only stayed 2 nights and not 10 or my back would have suffered.

Lovely flat. Clean and fantastic beds. Perfect for a family.

It was ok clean tidy sleep ok

The parking was a bit of a problem but did get a space in the end. No plug for the kitchen sink and the basin one didn’t work.
