"Good location, comfy beds, spacious house."

Spacious house, good facilities, we had everything we needed.

The dishwasher maybe needs an upgrade soon, but it worked fine. The sofa isn’t the most comfortable, but we had a busy few days so weren’t sitting around much.

Nothing

It was dirty all over, hair and dirt on the floor, smelly beds and dirty dishes. We had so much expectation from the pic shown and also the price but it was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone

Location and cleanliness. Communication was also very good.

It Could do with some instructions for appliances and guide for the local area. The sofa isn't the most comfortable but was OK and clean.

Good off road parking. Only a few minutes walk from Grange Hill tube station

Although advertised for 5 or 6 people, in the kitchen many it's only had 3 or 4 of (glasses, cups, cutlery, bowls etc). No tea towel or dishwasher tablets. The front double bed apparently has a new mattress but it has big dips in it (maybe the base is the problem). Very uncomfortable. The bedside light was broken in the back bedroom (owner said they knew about it so why leave it there?).
