The property was clean

The only ac unit was in the bedroom so the living room was hot. We had to buy a fan

Not to far to walk into french quarter, about a mile., price, shops nearby.

Bed mattress and pillos thin, WiFi didnt work, some lights didnt work, no sofa only stools to sit on.

Unique accomodations. What would normally be the living room had a lil VIP section of a cool lounge. Equipped with big flat screen , pool table and bar seating. Big spacious bedroom as well. Marcus was very accommodating to match my not accommodating work itenerary. Would def stay again.

As with most of my time spent, it was too short!

we felt unsafe as the door was busted, and the entry was with a code that was too easy. we left early cause we didn’t feel good.

It was in a terrible neighborhood. I was scared to park my car there overnight. I went and rented a hotel room instead.

Spacious. Very authentic surroundings.

The front door appeared not very robust. A sofa or normal chair would have been nice.

The pool table is awesome! And the kitchen is impressively well equipped. Our experience with the host was also great, he replied very fast when we needed him.

Some minor problems, like the door requiring significant force, and similarly for the "start" button of the microwave. But as long as you know that in advance, there is no problem. It was only a problem because we thought they are not working. The biggest problem is the location (very dangerous), so do a Google Search before you book it.

Location- Wonderful host-

Studio apartment- bedroom- small open kitchen and bedroom —- unfortunately, in the small main room, there wasn’t any furniture to relax on so a pool table could be there. Lighting in kitchen and hallway didn’t work so it was a little dark
