Die Unterkunft war unfassbar gemütlich, sauber und hatte einem wundervollen Blick. Es gab nichs das uns gefehlt hätte und wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen. Danke an Ragga und Freyr für einfach alles, wir haben es geliebt. 😍

What an amazing place. Very comfortable cabin with everything you need to relax. Great kitchen equipment with good coffee and surprise in the fridge. Really comfortable bed, tv with all apps. Beautiful view from the window, outside sauna and hotel tube is a perfect filling of cute holiday. Hosts are also very helpful and really nice. I will back here with big pleasure

"Stunning views in a tranquil, remote location with all the home comforts"

They have thought of everything! Incredibly warm and comfortable with all the home comforts and accessories needed for a relaxing stay. Very quiet and remote but we loved that aspect. Hot tub is amazing and my partner enjoyed the sauna too.

Rather than being able to wait inside and watch for the northern lights coming up over the hills beyond the lake it is necessary to wait on the Terrace and look to the north behind the cabin where there are quite a few trees / hills that obscure the lights. However we were very lucky that they were visible via the iPhone in night mode on our first night. See attached photos

"Peaceful, comfortable, lakeside cabin."

We wanted a place fairly close to KEF for our last two days in Iceland but not too close to Reykjavik. This cabin had the location and so much more. It has an upscale interior that belies the rustic location. The private sauna and hot bath were great for the chilly days. Due to the location, it is a bit of a drive for groceries but the hosts were very thoughtful to provide abundant basic supplies, local information, and nice touches, including a sound bar to play our music. We felt like they really cared about their guests and were easy to communicate with.

Nothing that the hosts could control. My partner was less mobile than usual due to two hip replacements this year and she had to work at the steps from the road down to the cabin.
