The guesthouse was very nicely decorated very modern
Very cold the radiators were making a lot of noise, and the bed wasn't comfortable very lumpy and noisy every time you moved so had a unsettled nights sleep

The property was spotless throughout, very well maintained and looked after.
Beds were very comfortable, layout of the house was great and very well furnished. Contact with the owner was great, quick and efficient. Nothing was to much trouble.

The property was lovely, modern & clean.
Where do I start.... The security camera telling me I was under surveillance, the laminated notes everywhere telling what you were and weren't allowed to do (felt more like a borstal than a luxury let). One of the memory foam mattress in the single bed had a big dip in it, one of our party woke up with a bad back. The coffee was poor quality. Lastly the electric circuit to the upper floor (and presumably the shower) wasnt working - yes we could of probably got in touch with the host but we decided to leave instead. Altogether an unpleasant stay (and I never give a bad review).

The pictures doesn't do this place justice. Modern, super clean, amazing host and totally exceeded our expectations. Will never stay in another hotel when we're in the area. This will be our "go to" place for sure! The host really paid attention to detail with the LED mood lighting, comfortable sectional, cozy kitchen with all modern appliances. Beautiful bathroom with new shower with plenty of hot water. Up the stairs, with beautiful glass panels, you'll find the 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a skylight with room darkening shade, and the other with a nice window facing the street. Location was perfect. Anything we needed the host was extremely accomodating. Loved the security camera outside for added safety. Best stay we've had anywhere we have ever booked. Can't wait to come back next year!! Thank you Kal!!
The only thing that would have been better is if we stayed longer!
