Guest house was clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were brilliant. Kal,the host, was also very welcoming. Ideal location near Nottingham town centre uber pick up was within 2 minutes 😀 Will definitely return!

The property is exactly as described . It’s spotlessly clean. Very convenient for the city centre - tram stop is only a 10 minute walk from the house. On-site parking is a massive bonus.

Beautiful clean and roomy with stylish features and fabulous tvs - very handy to have private parking right outside.
The location was unfortunately too noisy for us being next to a busy road. Also the ambient lighting remained on all night as there were no obvious ways to switch it off which made sleep difficult. I would also say that whilst completely understandable the printed rules everywhere and security system were a bit off putting. Felt like we might be on cctv throughout stay.
