EVERYTHING - everything was brilliant, comfy beds, lovely lounge, beaut kitchen so clean! Definitely stay here again! :) the owner even put us fresh milk in the fridge very nice touch!

Very clean. Great facilities. Well kept and tidy. Good communication. Lovely touch with the chocolates on the table.
Everything was a good standard. A subjective preference , but I found the mattress to be a little too soft. Other than that minor thing, everything perfect.

Lovely property, modern, slick, with all you could need. Clean throughout and plenty of towels, pillows etc for a really comfortable stay.
Only downside was a downstairs bathroom.

Beds were so uncomfortable our double bed was full springs we had no sleep and road noise was herendous if it wasn't for my daughter at university and wanted to see us on Saturday we would have left same night ,shower leaks all over floor ,unfortunately beds are very important for good night sleep this was a big let down and road noise

Very nice welcome from host along with milk in the fridge and some chocolates on the bench. House is very clean with modern finishes and everything you could need. House is about 15 minutes drive to center of Nottingham. Kids liked their single beds.
Only issue was the main bed. When you moved in it the springs made a large pop sound and it was a bit uncomfortable. New mattress would make a big difference and make the property a 10/10
