Spacious Ground Floor 2 Bed by Lains Lettings

Excellent location, great parking and so close to the beach boulevard! Very well appointed ground floor flat, with everything you would need - except a teapot ,(but I am a self-confessed tea Jenny) Great communication Would definitely use again

Unusually for Aberdeen the weather was tropical - so the flat was a little warm, and even opening all the windows had little effect. But how often does Aberdeen have this kind of weather !

The apartment was located in a excellent location.

After a long journey we were anxious to freshen up and get a cup of tea. We were very disappointed no soap was provided in the bathroom for hand washing nor any small sachets of milk for a cuppa. The description stated all linens provided therefore we were disappointed that not bedding was provided for the provided cot. We could have brought our own rather than have they expense of buting it.

A nice and cosy atmosphere, very clean, easy access, excellent variety of food and takeaways within 10 to 12 minuts walk. A wonderful beach nearby and a harbour, also within walking distance .

Seems like a little bit of a rough neighbourhood, saw some odd characters and drug deals. Apartment could use better lighting and a bit of an update, I was a bit disappointed

Comfortable and clean

Amazing clean apartment excellent location to union street codonas and the shops. Also the sofas in the sitting room was the most comfortable sofas I've ever sat on :)

The bedroom next to the bathrooms mattress was uncomfortable for my back but that's just cause am 17 days post surgery. when we arrived they were no heating on in the department and it was cold.
