Spacious Ground Floor 2 Bed by Lains Lettings

Check in was easy thanks to early contact from the host. The accommodations were comfy. The rooms were a nice size. Good location. The contact person responded quickly when I reached out.

The floors were uneven. The bath/shower was challenging to climb in and out of, especially for an elderly person. It would be beneficial to have more thorough directions on use of the oven/stove top and other appliances.

We loved everything about the place - warm, walkable to the beach and the town. Also near to the Dunnottar Castle. The host was also very friendly and responsive. We kind of having trouble to find the parking because we assumed it is in sequencial 😅. Highly recommended.

Our host Laurie was absolutely superb, she couldn't have been any more polite, friendly or helpful. Each one of our additional requests was no problem whatsoever. The flat itself was lovely, beautifully laid out, spacious yet cosy, very comfortable with quality furnishings, fittings and appliances throughout, everything we could possibly need. The location couldn't have been better, only a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre main transport links and 5-10 minutes walk from the beach, Codona's, Asda, a full retail park, a cinema, restaurants and plenty of other amenities. Excellent value for money, a great home away from home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
