Great location, good layout and nice garden. Nice and warm, good drive/parking area

Not particularly clean shower drain all blocked with hair, and not particularly clean overall. Lots of rubbish outside around the side which as been ripped open by local wildlife. Toilet roll holder falling on the floor.Large tv boxed in the hall. Check in time late at 4pm

Very comfortable, everything we needed, short walk to the beach, lovely garden, comfortable beds, lovely and warm.

Need more outdoor bins needed

Brilliant location for Oxwich Bay, good sized bungalow and garden is lovely and secure which was useful for our dog who came with us.

Property hadn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived which was a shame. Felt like it was just a light touch clean with the beds being made and towels left. Bungalow needed a good vacuum in every room, oven was filthy, shower had lots of mould, coffee pods left were the wrong size for the machine so couldn’t be used. There was a sign in each bedroom that torches had been left for safety but there weren’t any torches?!

The property is in a great location in Oxwich. It has the potential to be lovely with the right level of cleanliness and better facilities.

Unfortunately the owner or agent seem to be prioritising a high customer turnover at greedy rates over cleanliness and good facilities. We paid more than £600 for 2 nights. Upon arrival the shower had not been cleaned and was full of toenail clippings and hair. There was dog hair all over the floors. The kitchen was filthy and the fridge had used items from the previous tenant. Coffee machine had used pods and was filthy. The TV was broken. I contacted the agent to complain and all I got was ‘sorry’. I really think we should have been offered a discount for the state the place was in. Simply unacceptable and at the price being charged shocking!

This was our third visit to the property.On the previous visits we have always said about the bad damp and mould problem and this time we noticed it was all freshly painted but unfortunately the smell of damp is still there so obviously they thought painting would get rid of it unfortunately there are places it’s starting to show again .I contacted the property a couple of times to clarify that there would be a travel cot / highchair at property for our 14 month old Granddaughter who was coming with us and being promised there would be .On arrival nothing was there ,after numerous calls and no answer they eventually said oh I don’t know why I’ve just come on shift .What did they expect us to do at 5.50pm !.i was offered a £20 Amazon voucher how that would help us I don’t know .They promised to get back to us but we were there for 6 nights and no call or email .On going into the wardrobe I saw the pillows were disgusting and full of mould surely this would have been noticed before .I messaged property to say about this and the broken lamp etc plus awful damp in bathroom and was told they would get back to us .At over £1200 for 6 nights plus having to pay £350 before they would release key code whilst waiting at the property this was shocking service .It is such a shame as the bungalow is ideal for the beach etc but let down by shocking service

location was fabulous , the cottage had everything we needed for a short stay

the bins were over flowing with black bags and we couldn’t work out which was recycling bins as not marked. we also found a very heavily stained pillow when looking for spares in the cupboard. The outside decking area was very unclean and could do with freshening up
