The Old School Caeathro, Snowdon, Eryri and Yr Wydffa Cottages

The rental property is fine and good value for money, but it is on a pretty main road which we had not realised. If you have the windows open at night you will hear the road. This is convenient of course, but also not peaceful. It is an excellent location for visiting the Lynn Peninsula (highly recommended) and of course Mount Snowdon, and not too far from the Aber waterfalls, also stunning but very busy on a Sunday in July :-)

The road. The garden is small and does not get much sun, this is not a problem for many people but we would have liked a bit more sunshine in the garden.

Self catered.

Too close to the fairly busy road. Children’s bunk bedroom was right next to front door. Opened bag of frozen peas left in freezer by previous occupants.

Clean and spacious

Lovely place. Very clean and well appointed. Well equipped for pretty much every eventuality.

Cosy cottage and in a great location if you’re planning to hike Mt Snowdon.

Very clean and had all we needed for our stay.
