"Very enjoyable"

The house was lovely,well maintained The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen was beautiful,everything you needed

The only downside was the sofa and chair wasn’t comfortable at all and the living room rug was a bit of a hazard, kept tripping over it and was moving all the time

Excellent stay again thank you Bettsie and Richard, great communication with them early check in great let us know when it was ready ,everything you need ,milk in fridge ,popcorn and biscuits, great stay thanks bev,mick we will be back again

"Good off street parking. Excellent large shower. Comfy beds"

"Delightful couple of days."

Lovely bright, airy house on a peaceful estate. Comfortable beds, milk in the fridge and a good welcome pack. Very clean and smelt lovely. Friendly neighbourhood a short stroll into town. Great communication from host.

Everything was lovely really but we all felt that the sofa which doubled as a bed would not have been comfortable enough to sleep on had we needed to. This did not spoil our stay. It may have been OK for a small child.

"Nice clean warm property, close to amenities"

Clean, modern design, property owner contactable. Convenient location

Not the nicest of locations . Concrete back garden. Noisy neighbour. Sofa uncomfortable. Dangerous mat under coffee table , tripping hazard. Socket in lounge not fixed to wall.

"Good accommodation to explore Beverley."

Great for a short break, good facilities, and reasonably close to the town.

Uncomfortable sofa, missing a few items, I would suggest trays and somewhere to sit near a mirror would be nice.

"Lovely place to in Beverley"

Great Communication from the hosts and a very nice place to stay, very comfortable and a short 15 minute walk into town. Nice touch with milk tea coffee and snacks on arrival.

There was nothing to dislike about this stay.
