Beautiful Double En-suite Room, separate entrance, Ilford, Central line Gants Hill, free parking

It was lovely to meet the host and be welcomed in to the aprtment. Great to have been given all the information required by Julia and supplied in the guestbook. The location was very convenient as we were partly here for work and seeing family and friends and the location was good for both these purposes. The station was also at a convenient distance away. We loved that it was opposite the park and especially as the weather was bright and sunny on one of the days, we enjoyed a refreshing walk to the park. The bed was very comfortable. The table was a good size for eating and working. The bathroom facilities were nice and clean. The shower was starightfoward to use and nice and warm. The toiletries supplied were better than expected. The teas and coffee options were also better than expected. We liked the small fridge, though it was a little too small for some of the items we wanted to use it for. It was a nice bright room with a big window. The room was nice and warm in the evening when it was a bit chilly. Being able to park in the drive was really convenient.

The sink was very small and it was a mission to avoid getting water on the floor when washing your face or the dishes. It did'nt feel nice to use the toilet sink to fill up the kettle.

Excellent place to stay

Car was parked in front of room on a driveway and I could have an eye on it.

This is our second stay at this place and it’s most convenient for our visit to friends nearby. We like it that there’s parking allocated for us and it’s a quiet area. The host is a lovely lady and has made the accommodation very beautiful and comfortable.

Very nice, clean room & bathroom, very friendly host. Very close to the subway station. Nice neighbourhood.

The flat is very clean, quiet and beautiful, a very good advantage is that there is parking. I really liked everything and I will definitely come back. Julia is very kind and hospitable.

Ned was a sofa bed and not very comfortable and blinds were too transparent even when closed
