The host was exceptionally responsive and very considerate.

There is nothing to dislike ! It’s a gem of a place.

The only thing I could begin to criticise was that the blinds allowed a fair amount of light in from a streetlight

It’s cosy and cheerful and the perfect location when travelling on the underground or wanting a quick bite from the local shops. The bed is super comfy and cold winter nights are no issue here. Parking on the drive is honestly a god-send as you have the security and you don’t have to worry about any hidden charges or parking fines.

It did get a little too warm in the night but switching the heating off sorted that issue right out. There’s nothing really to dislike about the property, it’s got everything you need.

Clean and very well equipped with almost everything you could possibly need for even an extended stay. Perfect location for public transport and local shops and restaurants. Free off-road parking is great as there's very little free parking in the area.

The only thing that was not perfect was the bed which appears to be a pulled out sofabed. Although a comfortable mattress, the metal sofa arms were not ideal for a big chap like me as they got in the way when moving around in the night. The only extra things that could be helpful would be a couple of hooks in the bathroom and a make up mirror in the room in addition to the bathroom mirror. That really is just nitpicking though.

Julia has been an amazing host, she is so friendly and kind and very hospitable. The room was amazing and has everything one can need. I stayed for a week and every single day it made me smile when walking into the room. Bed is comfy too, cute steamer and kettle too. The shower is amazing also. There is parking available too. Over all I would highly recommend this place. Definitely more that 10* if you ask me. Should I ever need to stay again or have a staycation, this is the place.

Beautifully kept, impeccably clean, decorated with flair and originality. Lots of hospitable touches, nice toiletries. Spacious, with a cosy bed. Opposite a lovely park, with a lake and a 300 year old mansion and which is apparently getting a lido. The host Julia is hugely welcoming but the en suite is private and has its own entrance.
