1.The Wex 1 Lifestyle support staff didnt send check in details, and eventually when they sent them, they were extremely rude. 2. The bed in the room was an absolute mess. 3. The toilet was an absolute mess. 4. Inside the wardrobe there was a broken lamp. 5. The bedding was an absolute mess. 6. The fan/heater didnt work. 7. The TV also didnt work - I had to manually reset it for it to work. 8. There were cockroaches all over the kitchen. When I told the support staff, the sent someone named Richard, who fixed the fan, replaced the bathroom mat with another random one, and argued with me about the cleanliness of the toilet.

Bedding had cigarette holes in, Towels prvided were wet and dirty Fueniture was dirty

Although I paid, I couldn’t stay because I couldn’t get the key to the room and now I’m trying to get a refund, stay away from this property. Money doesn’t matter but staying on the street was a really bad experience

The place was clean and we were happy that there was restaurants and shops downstairs in the lobby. The staff was helpful and the entertainment area was nice.

They didn't give us an access key so we struggled moving in and out. Had to keep asking people to open for us. The place had very little ventilation so at night it was stuffy and extremely hot. There was no broom and the kitchen had no bowls at all.

I liked the room and intertainment area perfect relaxing
