One of the securities was very friendly

The room didn’t have an iron, and the towels could look better. The key I had didn’t work on the left I had to ask the security guards to help me go up the 5th floor all the time.

I have always booked at Wex however this time round when I got there , there was no surgar coffee Absolutely nothing. I'm not someone who drinks coffee however those small sachets comes in handy in the morning. I had to go buy a packet coffee and surgar which I felt was a waiste of money as these small items are always available at any place one books

The location and apartment was neat

We stayed in apartment 513 from Wednesday to Friday. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a strong smell of weed, which made the space uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we couldn’t open the window to get fresh air in. Communication with the host was also frustrating — he didn’t answer calls and took a long time to respond on WhatsApp, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. The bed in apartment 513 was extremely hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. On Friday, we moved to apartment 623. This unit was clean, which we appreciated, but the bed setup wasn’t ideal — the base was too big for the mattress, and the mattress itself was still quite hard. Overall, there are some improvements needed, especially with cleanliness, comfort, and communication.

Everything was great just that anybody can use the pool

The duvet was so lumpy & smelly that it couldn't be used. The host claimed to have changed it but it was not changed despite me asking many many times. The bath towels were also not changed despite me asking for it to be changed. The host sent me a message @ 9.22 pm saying the ff: Good Evening. Sorry, I forgot to notify you that the uber dropped the towels & hand towel at the reception (sic). The host took forever to respond to messages
