Central location, close to CBD, not far from the airport and close enough to most malls. There’s also a grocery store on site which is great! The reception staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a lovely place to relax with a nice Mountain View.

First of all the bed was ROCK HARD - not ideal considering that I had come for a race. The unit I stayed in didn’t seem like it had been cleaned prior to my arrival. Everything (cups, spoons etc) had an oily residue including the floor - I had to request for someone to come clean. Luckily the lady also brought new towels cos the first set of towels had definitely seen better days. The fan looked like it’s never been cleaned before and unfortunately the unit gets HOT even if you open windows, so you actually need to use it. The big fridge never got cold so I was forced to use the bar fridge which obviously doesn’t hold many things.

check in process was easy

there were cockroaches, the furniture was DIABOLICAL??!!! coach had holes in it, old dirty furniture I even fell inside the couch. stains stains stains on the bed. That place is a crime!

Swimming pool, gym, safe parking and being close to Spar

The unit itself has a cery old furniture, couch looks dirty and old, bed is very uncomfortable, bathroom towels looks old. The units needs to be renovated and a new furniture.

Good Day We are very disappointed in the place we stayed in. We checked out at 10h00 (11April) and hope you will make effort in correcting this for the people making future bookings Below are the issues we have with the place, which is totally unacceptable: Cockroaches everywhere, in the kitchen, cubboards on the walls in bedrooms Shower overflooded the whole place even in hallway to the bedrooms Towels in bad condition, smell not pleasant, very old and looks like old time nappies Curtains are dirty and hanging halfway out of the scurting The kitchen chairs are very dirty, bad condition and old Beds are dirty and cusshions are old. The smell of whole place is horrible, like very strong chemical soap Cockroaches in the fridge Also, the tag is not working in the lift We have already booked another place for tonight and tomorrow, and I want a refund for what we paid for tonight and tomorrow, 11 to 13 April

Its very quiet and nice views.Its close to town as well.

The building has cockroaches everywhere it’s unhealthy.The entire building needs pest control to get rid of them
