Literally nothing

Everything. The room wasn’t clean, water damage in bathroom and hallways, windows had what seemed like paint on them, there was food in the freezer before we got there, desk person was rude, smelled like cigarettes.

The staff was wonderful. When we checked in our tub needed cleaned, we asked they delivered.

I wasn't aware of the homeless issue in the area. Alot of hotels house the homeless which is wonderful but it comes with the expense of people asking for money or yelling at all hours of the night.

Nothing we refused to stay felt unsafe

urine stains in the room, burn holes in comforter, smelled of marijuana and bleach in the room and hallways, staff was rude and less than helpful

Friendly staff and good location for the price.

I liked the location and the desk clerk was as helpful as he could be

Our tv didn't work so they came to replace it with a tv that had lines going through it and then told us it was ok to have the lines. The floor and the chair both had visible debris on them. We had to clean the jacuzzi before using it, like go get bleach at the store kind of cleaning. There were no large towels in the room at all even though it was a jacuzzi room. When we were finally ready to use the jacuzzi we removed our socks and when we stepped on the floor we realized 75% of the rug in the room was wet.
