Very clean, modern facilities, great location friendly welcome

Spotless, warm rooms, right on the high street. Owners could not have been more hospitable.

Very friendly and helpful host, let us check in early and accommodated us at short notice

B & B easy to find, with a nicely decorated, cosy, quiet and very clean room. The hosts Chris and Julie were very pleasant and helpful. Parking spaces directly outside the front door, with easy access to Filey, Bridlington or Scarborough.

The en-suite was a little small, although the shower was a decent size,

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful building. Easy to park car. Chris & Julie were amazing hosts. Bedroom was beautifully designed & modern. We wish them all the luck in the world.

There was nothing at all to dislike. We felt very comfortable with them.

Breakfast was very good. Excellent service. Proprietors very welcoming. Hunmanby is well placed for visiting surrounding areas. Very good bus service.

The warm welcome when we arrived. Chris explained where everything was and was very informative. Breakfast choice lovely by Julie and I’m a great fan of separate pot of tea and separate coffee pot. I have found this to be a rarity in other places I’ve stayed
