The Southgate B&B

In the area for work, so only an overnight stay for somewhere to sleep, but the hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would stay again if in the area.

From the very start I was made to feel welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable and the position of the B&B ideal with free parking very close by. The breakfast was good. I would certainly recommend to others and would stay again myself.

The location is perfect. Parking is no problem.

The only thing that I was disappointed with were the pillows.

The manager greeted us with a smile and in general every one was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are quite adequate and overall reminded me of a Premier Inn. Everything was super clean.

We booked the "large apartment" which was on the ground floor opposite the reception and next to the entrance. Consequently one could hear very clearly everything going on. Thankfully, very little was going on between 11pm and 7am but still, unless you sleep with earplugs or are hard of hearing, don't stay there. The breakfast is mediocre but bear in mind we are European and quite fussy.
