Stylishly furnished, good location

No common area, not real front desk, no possibility of leaving the luggage for the day. Bathroom smelled a but of sewage.

Great location and very spacious. Host was great as well. Could also communicate in English if needed.

Not a personal issue, but you could hear some noise from the street quite clearly. Only could be an issue if you are a very light sleeper.

Spacious and well designed with good use of the space for seating and dining etc. We liked having a couch to relax on. The bed was very comfortable.

Not a dealbreaker but there wasn’t any internal clothesline to dry washing.

Nice apartment. Loved the location but it did not have an elevator in the building.

Great location, super accommodating door women, whom greeted us kindly each and every time we came 'home.' Very spacious and loved the shared rooftop terrace for common use. The small gym was a nice surprise too.

Windows could use screens to keep mosquitos out. If windows left open, you will wake up in the middle of the night hunting down the mosquito in your ear. Screens would enable guests to air out the apartments and keep out the mosquitos. Sometimes noise travels very easily through the inner courtyard, but otherwise they have a quiet policy for the units in building. Otherwise, lovely stay for 12 days.

A very spacious clean and comfortable apartment in a fabulous central location not too far from the City Centre but super close to all of cool vibey areas like Roma with great shopping,Restaurants,Bars,Art Galleries etc. Generous sized bedrooms with super comfy beds. The apartment block has been recently renovated and has a shared rooftop garden. Great value for money.

A bit cold at night and only has a few mobile standing heaters which we needed to leave on to keep the apartment warm. As there are no ceiling fans or A/C I would expect that it may get overly warm during the peak of summer.They do have a few mobile fans but I doubt they would offer much relief. We rented a two bedroom apartment one of the rooms faced onto an internal courtyard and was nice and quiet but the second which fronts onto the street was a bit noisy. Note that there are 12 apartments in the building so there are different layouts so best to mention your requirements.
